Overall, the sofa is in a nice condition, structurally sound.

Things worth mentioning is we can see some light fading across the top of the back cusions, tried to show this in the video, and also what looks like a very small catch to the fabric at a very bottom corner, almost out of sight. We have priced to allow for this.

However, the sofa is comfortable, with no structural damage, the covers have been removed and washed and the frame freshened up with an upholstery cleaner.

It comes with a matching footstool, plus one of the coolest features we have seen is the chaise section swivels round to create a full size bed, or the perfect chillout for a movie night!

Due to its colour, a couple of marks remain which we have tried to show in the video. However, all back cushions have been removed and washed, and the rest of the frame and base cushions have been cleaned with an upholstery cleaner and has come up nice.

The sofa comes apart into two sections, however please note the chaise(swivel section) is all one long piece. So please consider this when you are considering access to your home.

Structurally the sofa is in a good solid condition, points worth mentioning are, there is some fading across the top section of the cushions, and what looks like some very small strands/fabric plucks on the arm (please see the video where I have documented this) we have priced to allow for this.

The good points, Structurally sound, the sofa has storage within the chaise section, and a pull out section which turns the sofa into a bed.

All covers have been removed and washed and the frame has been cleaned with an upholstery cleaner.
