We had another Mercedes cabriolet with some colour repair work to carry out earlier this week. The passenger seat had some colour loss on the lower bolster and the drivers seat had some colour wear on the upper bolster and small area on the lower seat area.

This type of repair is very common on leather interiors. General wear and tear will eventually lead to areas of colour loss over time, especially on the bolsters of your vehicle seats. We recommend seats are cleaned with specialist leather cleaners and protection cream applied every 3-4 months to properly maintain your leather car interiors.

Our client was delighted with the results of the colour match and repair Richard undertook and has kindly left us a glowing 5 star Google review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don't forget we also provide detailed valeting for your car interiors, see Why Queue Vehicle Valeting & Detailing. All our detailed valeting work includes professional deep clean and re-protection of your leather car interiors as standard.

Our client recently purchased this Mercedes C43 convertible second hand and realised that a previous repair had already been done on the front seats to a pretty poor standard. The colour was a complete mis-match as you can see from the 'before' pictures.

First job was to correctly colour match, then Richard set to work to carefully colour restore both driver and passenger seats to bring the vehicle interior back to how it should look.

We get so many enquiries where DIYers or dealerships have done a quick tidy up 'that'll do' job - just so they can sell the vehicle on, but more often than not these repairs just do not last. Preparation of the surface is just as important as applying the new colour. Having to strip back the wrong or incorrectly applied colour, involves more time, leading to a more expensive repair than just coming to a professional in the first place.

As the saying goes "pay cheap, pay twice".

Leather sofa colour repair - York

We were contacted to repair a single spot of surface colour that had somehow been removed from this very expensive leather sofa, even our client didn't know how it had happened. The white spot was in such a prominate position it absolutley ruined this beautiful sofa and was impossible to ignore.

Very small colour repairs like this require a perfect colour match. After a hour of mixing and tweaking the colour by eye and checking colour from all angles in different lighting, we achieved our goal of a seamless invisible colour repair.

Another happy customer and another 5* Google review.
