Absolutely love my new sofa! It fits in with the room decor perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all looks!
After experiencing absolutely shocking service from a supposedly reputable company, weeks of delays trying to exchange faulty sofas and then even more waiting around for a refund, I was beginning to think getting a sofa sorted was never going to happen!
Thankfully, I found TUFC, literally five minutes down the road from me, and what a difference! From the initial purchase right through to delivery, the service has been fantastic. The sofa arrived within roughly two weeks of purchasing, and the boys even came out on a Sunday morning and got everything installed for me. Absolutely seamless, no hassle and not a single complaint from me!
It just goes to show that you don’t always need to go with the big, well-known companies to get great service. Sometimes the best choice is right on your doorstep!
