The BRG covers from the start of the year are now fitted. This leather is quite thick from so the covers were pretty snug compared to the usual vinyl. That’s the beauty of leather you can warm it to get that stretch. Leather fluting with leather boarders and outta backs made them a bit of a challenge to get on.

Latest trim from Ahead 4 Healeys that is being shipped to Canada I really hope I get to see this complete trim kit fitted.

Rear seat pans and backrest for an Austin Healey 100/6 BN4. These go with the fronts I upholstered last week. These are going to look the biz in a polished aluminium body shell.

It’s been a pleasure working with on trim for a few Austin J40 pedal cars. A little smaller than my normal Austin A30/A35 and Austin Healeys but so lovely to stitch up.

Finally I can let the cat wander. The company I work were involved in the restoration of a gorgeous Frog Eye Sprite for Car SOS. I had the pleasure of trimming and later meeting the gentleman who bought this car in his 20’s. This is going to be shown next week.

A busy week on the Healeys, 100/6 front and rear seat covers made and upholstered. These are to be fitted to a polished aluminium body.

A couple of hours off today to check Clara, she started no problem so, I couldn’t resist a little pootle out while it was dry. Bust love going out too.
