Looking for part time cover to manage client and patient arrivals at St Albans Rooms starting immediately!

St Albans Rooms provide therapy rooms for talking therapists, hypnotherapists, doctors, physiotherapists etc.

You must be:
• well-presented
• Polite and well-mannered
• Diplomatic and discreet
• Proactive and helpful
• Detail orientated
• Reliable and punctual

Would suit a student (must be aged over 18) looking for weekly part time hours and or holiday cover from 1 June.

Introducing our new training room for CPD, meetings and events with a before and after photo. In keeping with the interiors throughout, it took blood, sweat and tears to upholster all 25 chairs but so worth it to see it now

We are currently seeking part time help to cover shifts at our St Albans facility.

St Albans Rooms provide therapy rooms for talking therapists, hypnotherapists, doctors, physiotherapists etc.

Initially we’re looking for cover on Tuesdays and Thursdays (8-4pm) but this could increase depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the building ensuring all rooms and communal areas are always looking their best.

* Prepping therapy rooms between bookings

* Managing client arrivals remotely and in person

You must be:
• well-presented
• Polite and well-mannered
• Diplomatic and discreet
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Security minded
• Customer orientated
• A good communicator

Previous experience in customer facing roles is an advantage. All successful candidates must be able to provide excellent references.
