Metal Garden Furniture Manufacturing Process

The following production process ensures that our aluminium outdoor furniture lasts:
*resin cast to maintain sharp molding
*chromation to stop oxidization
*powder coated through electrolysis
*application of ultra violet light repellent
*extensively wrapped and packed

We do not offer iron garden furniture because:

N.B. an oval garden table has straight sides and semi-circular ends, an elliptical outdoor table is the shape of an ellipse or a ‘squashed circle’. Originally designed in Denmark, our rattan garden furniture is modern, sleek and practical for a contemporary look. Also known as resin weave or woven wicker, rattan outdoor furniture is basically extruded polypropylene fibre, woven onto a metal frame. Polypropylene was first used in the1980s in the garden furniture industry to manufacture stacking resin chairs and garden tables.

Outside Edge outdoor cushions are high quality 230 gram polyester fabric, fully fire retardant to British Standard 5852 part1. The fabric is colour fast to level 6 and the fillings are 100% polyester fibre allowing water to pass through without damage. All outdoor cushions are zipped to allow washing at 30°c. Outside Edge parasols have a crank mechanism, an aluminium pole with steel ribs. The parasol canopy is 230 gram polyester with a waterproof finish and is UV rated to level 50+. Outside Edge parasol bases are made of water proofed black concrete with a water proof coating and rubberized edge. All of our garden furniture is mail order packaged to minimize carrier damage:
