🕒 10am - 4pm | Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Are you passionate about customer service and confident using social media? We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Factory Outlet team!

✨ What you'll be doing:
✅ Welcoming customers and helping them find the perfect furniture for their home
✅ Providing advice on products, availability and suitability
✅ Processing sales and handling customer enquiries professionally
✅ Maintaining attractive product displays and ensuring the outlet remains clean and welcoming
✅ Creating engaging content for our social media channels
✅ Taking product photos and videos to showcase our latest furniture and promotions
✅ Responding to social media messages, comments and customer reviews
✅ Helping grow our online presence while delivering an excellent in-store experience

✨ We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Is confident using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
✔ Has a creative eye for content creation and photography
✔ Is organised, reliable and able to work independently
✔ Enjoys interacting with customers both in person and online

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine retail sales with social media marketing in a varied and rewarding role.
