We’re recruiting a Trainee Frame Assembler to join our busy manufacturing team at Lebus Upholstery. This is a permanent role within our Frame Department, where your work plays a vital part in the quality and success of the finished sofas and chairs that leave our factory.

Please be advised that our factory will be closing for our upcoming summer shutdown starting July 24th and will reopen on August 10th.

Midweek Training Session!

To break up the midweek burn-out, we are currently running, Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution Lebus Pathways training.

Lisa Burrows, Head of People is running the 2 day training course.

The course aims to teach communication techniques like active listening, empathy and assertiveness, these are crucial in addressing conflicts constructively and creating a positive work environment.
