I offer 1-1 counselling in a warm & safe environment, where for many people gives them the opportunity to explore issues without feeling judged.

I am a fully qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work from a Person Centred model, which promotes the core conditions of congruence, empathy and unconditional positive regard.
