This is what a finished apartment looks like next to the 3D model it was built from.

We manufactured and installed all the bespoke joinery in this luxury duplex at One Thames City, across the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and lounge, in an apartment with views straight across the River Thames.

All of it started with our in-house CAD team.

Every project is modelled in full 3D for client approval, then output directly to our CNC machines, which shortens lead times and improves accuracy at the same time.

Our drawings are BIM compliant, and where a project calls for it, we integrate 3D laser scanning surveys so everything works to the space as it actually is.

Contemporary architecture demands a higher order of precision from its joinery.

For this private residence in Sevenoaks, Kent, we designed and manufactured the bespoke joinery to the exact specifications set for the house, then installed it with our own team. Controlling both manufacture and installation is what allows those tolerances to hold from the factory floor to the finished room.

The result is joinery that belongs to the architecture rather than sitting within it.

Our very own Andrew is drawing this incredible mural for our showroom!

He came to fine art later in life after a career in the building industry. Dean came across his sketchbooks one day, and it's grown from there.

The design itself is an original that had been sitting in the showroom for years before being given a second life at a completely different scale.

We'll share the finished piece when it's done. For now, it's worth watching it come together.

Building the Bulgaro Way.

Our apprentices have spent time recently working across all different departments, learning the processes that sit behind every project we deliver.

Ethan has been measuring and cutting veneers. Charlotte has been priming panels on the spray gun. Charlie has been operating the beam saw, and Connor has been producing chevron bookmatched veneer samples.

None of this is taught from a manual. It's learned on the floor, alongside people who have spent years getting it right, and that's how we build our standard.

Every piece we cut has its own ID before it ever touches a machine.

That starts with our in-house CAD team, who take a project from handover straight into full 3D modelling. This means that the client, architect or interior designer can actually see the finished piece before a single cut is made.

Once the drawings are approved, they become the blueprint for everything that follows: instructions for every department in the factory, and the install packs our site teams carry with them.

Every component gets its own unique part number, tracked from raw material through CNC, assembly, finishing and dispatch.

Nothing leaves our factory without that full trail behind it.

That's what total control over a project actually looks like.

Growth doesn't always come from winning the next project.

We've just spent two days at a Toyota Lean manufacturing event, and it's part of why we make time for this kind of thing.

Most of what moves a business forward doesn't come from inside our own four walls. It comes from sitting in a room with other businesses tackling different versions of the same problems, and hearing how they think about them.

It's also where the connections happen that can't be planned for. Businesses we wouldn't have otherwise met, conversations that wouldn't have otherwise started, relationships that may matter more a year from now than they do today.

Events like this aren't a break from the day to day. They're part of how we keep growing.

A two-level apartment in the heart of Mayfair, built as one continuous space rather than two separate floors.

This duplex sits in Hanover Square. We manufactured and installed the joinery throughout, working to Studio Indigo's design and holding a single palette and standard of finish across both levels.

A property like this only feels unified if every material decision carries through from the ground floor to the level above it, all matched rather than simply coordinated.

Two-level apartments of this size are uncommon in central London, which made getting that consistency right even more important.

This week we hosted Toyota and Kent County Council at our Sittingbourne factory, following their Lean Manufacturing seminar for local businesses and manufacturers.

The seminar looked at how Toyota maximises output and minimises downtime on the factory floor. The group then toured our facility, discussing how the same approach applies to our own production process.

Our first time working with Toyota, and a valuable session for the team.

A great project is created in the design phase, long before anything is built.

We manufactured and installed the bespoke joinery for a private house in Cobham, working to a palette agreed at design stage and carrying it through to every fitted piece.

In the cinema room, that included a mood-lit bar built to sit inside the same scheme rather than stand apart from it.

Cohesion like that is decided long before manufacturing starts. It comes from matching a palette exactly, not approximating it.
