New bigger veranda all fitted and creosoted ready for the winter

New cushioned lino now laid.

Caravan has now been fitted with double glazing and under floor insulation ready for the colder nights

Please leave caravan and equipment in excellent condition for other prospective holiday makers to enjoy there stay just as you would expect to find the caravan to be left. If we are notified that the caravan has not been left in a respectable condition you will forfeit all your security bond

All damages must be reported and paid for . If you find something damaged on arrival please notify us as soon as possible

Please clean up at the end of your holiday and remove any of your refuse ie empty all bins plus if you smoke please pick up your cigarette ends around the van.

Bookings

Bookings are made direct with ourselves

Please check that the van suits your needs and requirements and view the pictures of the caravan

When wanting to make a booking you can either email or phone to check availability. We will then send you a booking form to complete,
bookings are made on the first come first serve basis.

Send booking form with your %10 deposit to our home address which you will find on form

Ensure prompt payment of final balances by requested dates

All payments are to paid in full 6 weeks before your due date

Payments

1 We accept payments via cheque made payable to Mr A Barclay

2 Bank transfer ask for details.

We also offer instalment plan to ease your payments for the cost of your holiday.

A £50 Security deposit will be required on booking the van and will be refunded subject to caravan being left clean and tidy with no damages and the keys are returned to our home address.

Caravan must be vacated BY 11:00AM on the day of departure this is to allow time for you to clean van ready for next guest

Please DO NOT arrive on site before 2:00PM
