We are back this week and excited to see you all! It's fun week as a final fair well to all our school leavers but all members of course get to join in with the fun 😁 🧡🦘

A reminder to all our customers that we are taking our last shut down week this week. We look forward to seeing you again the week commencing the 24th of August 🧡🦘

🌟 IT'S AWARDS WEEK!! 🌟

We have been busy getting all the awards ready for our Gym-a-Roos......We can't wait to hand them all out this week 🧡🦘

As you all know, we are going to have some very hot weather Wednesday and Thursday. We will still be running classes but adapting where needed. The hall isn't facing the sun so remains fairly cool most of the day with the doors open and fans on.

If you are planning on attending classes this week we ask the following:

🌞Keep yourself and your children hydrated by bringing a drinks bottles to your session.

🌞Ensure children are dressed in light weight clothes ie shorts or cycle shorts rather than leggings or joggers

🌞Avoid letting your child run around in the sun directly before their session to stop them being hot and over heated before their session.

It is of course entirely your choice if you decide to attend. We will do our utmost to ensure everyone is as comfortable as possible and will be there with our usual smiles .... albeit slightly sweatier than normal 😅

🌟 Our classes are structured rather than free play and are planned carefully to encorporate fine and gross motor skill development in an exciting, fun and safe environment. We have built a lovely little community and it is a great way for children and adults to meet new people 😁
