K PARK PAINTERS & DECORATORS LTD is a construction company based in Stirling. We specialize in providing high-quality painting and decorating services to both residential and commercial properties. Our focus is on delivering excellent craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Role Description;

This is a full-time on-site role for a Painter and Decorator for work in the central belt, Edinburgh and surrounding areas. The Painter and Decorator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as preparing surfaces, applying paints with precision, hanging luxury wallpapers, and other finishes. Additional tasks include spray painting but not essential, exterior jobs when required, and maintaining tools and equipment to ensure efficient job completion. Attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines are crucial.

Qualifications required;

1. Skills in high quality paint finishing, wallpaper hanging, and Spray Painting
2. Experience in Painting and Decorating while working in a clean fashion
3. Knowledge of various Coatings and their application methods (distemper)
4. Ability to apply protection, prepare and maintain surfaces well for painting and decorating
5. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines
6. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
7. Relevant certifications or qualifications in painting and decorating are a plus
