It’s not Photoshop!

My client bought one of these beautiful corner cabinets and asked me to find another one exactly the same.

Well, of course, anything is possible at Alex Vintage Furniture! ✨

Just one week later, and they’re both ready to go to their new home in Manchester! 🖤

Another happy client and another successful project! 🥂

A special commission for my new neighbours! 🖤

My new neighbours bought the house next to my shop and started restoring it. In one of the rooms, there was a massive built-in cabinet. They decided to demolish it, but they wanted to keep something original from the house, so they saved this sideboard.

It was missing its top and side panels, but my neighbours added new ones, and then it was my turn to work my magic! ✨

They wanted a heavy shabby chic look, so here is the result!

What do you think? Was it a good idea to save this sideboard rather than get rid of it?

I’m 100% sure it was! ❤️ It has history, character and a new life ahead of it. Sometimes, the most beautiful pieces are the ones we choose to save.
