We can sharpening most items, including but not limited to:

A gorgeous set of Tojiro knives brought back to their best. 🔪✨

These beautiful Japanese knives arrived in well-used condition, with tired, worn edges that were in need of some attention.

Each blade was carefully sharpened and refined, restoring a crisp, precise razor sharp edge.

🔪✨ Global Knife – Major Repair ✨🔪

This Global knife came in needing some serious attention! After a full repair, reshaping and sharpening, it’s looking and cutting like it should again. 💪🔪

A great example of why even badly damaged knives can often be brought back to life rather than replaced. 👌✨

High-End Japanese Knives 🔪🇯🇵

Well, it’s been quite a week for sharpening high-end Japanese knives! 🔥

Two more in this morning — one beautiful high-carbon blade and the other stainless steel.

Both have been carefully sharpened and finished to leave the shop razor sharp. 🔪✨

There’s nothing quite like a beautifully made Japanese knife when it’s performing at its absolute best! 👌

Lovely set of Procook Elite knives given a little tickle on the Tormek T8. In all fairness they weren’t too bad to start with, however.....they leave the workshop with new razor sharp edges even the bread knife 🔪 😁👍🤩
