It may only be September 1st, but that leaves us just a couple of months away from the Christmas party season. 🎅🎄

The best events will be the ones that look considered rather than assembled in a hurry, meaning the time to plan is now.

Fortunately, we’re here with some fresh inspiration.

Our Vintage White and Gold plates, Neo Gold cutlery, Marquis glassware and Cara Gold tumblers, photographed here at the Hurlingham Club in West London, are doing exactly what they do best against a deep red tablecloth in the Georgian Clubhouse’s south-facing rooms.

Hurlingham Events

Penicuik Estate sits just fifteen miles south of Edinburgh, within a partly rewilded landscape of woodland, river and the romantic ruined shell of the original Palladian mansion.

Ben and Connor chose the venues Eskfield Walled Garden for their rehearsal dinner. Our Endless table seated the guests at the centre of it all, the configuration so large that a drone was the only way to fit it all in a single shot.

What the aerial view couldn’t show were the Romance plates and Coco Chairs in natural cane. The details that matter most rarely photograph from above.

The Nature Bar was designed for rooms like this. At the National Gallery, sat in front of an iconic 1762 painting by George Stubbs, it sits perfectiy at home in the company of great art.

In warm natural oak with a classic fluted front panel, the Nature Bar is available as a smaller 5ft curved piece, a standalone 8ft bar, or in two extended configurations for larger events. Built in shelving and a generous surface for glassware mean it isn’t just a pretty face.

Indoor our outdoor setup?

If there’s a time to ask that question, it’s this summer.☀️☀️☀️

Fortunately, Syon Park has an answer for both.

Outside, a long table on the lawns dressed in deep reds and blush florals, crystal chandeliers wrapped in greenery overhead, the Great Conservatory behind it as a backdrop.

Inside, the Colonnade in the softest blue and pink, palm trees and arched windows doing the rest.

Both feature our furniture and tableware. Both are at one of the most quietly extraordinary estates in London.

Green & Fortune’s summer menu is built around a question most caterers do not ask. Not just what goes on the plate, but where it came from, what was left over, and what would otherwise have gone to waste.

As a newly certified B Corporation UK company, their approach to sourcing and service shapes every course.

Underused ingredients, reduced food miles, house-made cocktail cordials from surplus fruit. Conscious catering that does not ask you to compromise on the experience of eating beautifully.

Our tableware carries that food. The Raphael plate, the Hemisphere range, the gold beaded charger and neo-champagne cutlery.

Sport and hospitality have always had a mutual understanding. The game matters, but it’s everything around it that completes the experience.

This summer has taken us from the home of English Rugby at Allianz Stadium in Twickenham, to the official hospitality of Wimbledon where Michel Roux’s Le Gavroche serves its five-course Menu Exceptionnel on tableware you might recognise.

That’s before we mention huge events from previous years such as The Paris Olympics where we headed over to support Options France to supply furniture for The Fondation Louis Vuitton.

Nobody tells you sustainability can also mean a build your own Eton Mess station. 🍓

Green & Fortune’s first dinner as a certified B Corp business hosted twenty guests and had three courses at Kings Place Events , lamb from their own farm, and a chef who narrated each pairing.

We styled the table to match the brief; muted and textural enough that none of it competed with what was on the plate.
