Vepa UK’s sale director Richard had a brilliant time at Material Source Manchester co-hosting our annual Gingerbread House Decorating Event with Crown Paints UK, Forbo Flooring, Agua Fabrics — a festive evening filled with imagination, teamwork and plenty of icing-covered masterpieces!

Back in August, we were proud to support The Wackball Run 2025 – raising awareness and vital funds for Su***de Or Survive, in association with S & S Office Interiors Ltd and Drift Mag.

The incredible team of drivers made their way from Ireland to the UK, bringing energy, purpose and plenty of good spirits along the route.

This week our Dutch colleagues are exhibiting at the Workspace Design Show at the . The theme is ‘many shades of blue’. If you happen to be at the show then please pop by and take a look and learn all about how Vepa the furniture factory can show you all we do that’s circular.

It's Steve the Stringer's birthday today, so we decided to write a poem about him 😆🥳

Steve stands with twine and thread,
A crown of staples on his head.
He mutters “who designed this chair?”
While foam explodes into the air.

The fabric slips, the cord goes slack,
He yanks it once and throws his back.
The cushion squeaks, the springs all shout,
He swears but can’t quite toss it out.

By day he battles lumps and seams,
By night he dreams of staple beams.
His legacy? A sofa’s fate—
That won’t collapse beneath your weight.

So raise a toast (with lumbar pain),
To Steve, wrestling cord and cane.
He makes our chairs sit up straight,
And silently accept their weight.

In recognition of yesterday, we thought it was only right to mention our Customer Service hero – Lauren! 💬❤️ From her outstanding product insight and super fast call answering to her unsurpassed music knowledge and love of Wordle, she’s been a truly valued part of our team.

Her love for helping people is only matched by her love for her doggies - pictured here with two of them- Jett and Jinx 🐾

Lauren will soon be leaving the team to pursue her dream - to explore all that Australia has to offer! 🦘🌏

Last day at Clerkenwell Design Week and here’s Maurice and Scott taking a ride with the rickshaws from London Wheel Media. Clearly having a really rubbish time.

Clerkenwell Design Week, the UK's leading design festival returns 20-22 May and it promises to be bigger and better than ever before! No more so than Vepa’s very own showroom which is currently undertaking a complete overhaul!

Our updated showroom will really showcase all that we do here at Vepa – from our Fair Furnished department to what takes place in our GreenField.

Throughout the week we'll have live podcasts, discussions and expert talks on helping to reach Net Zero.

As always, our branded rickshaws will ride around Clerkenwell to offer transport right to our showroom doorstep- you won’t be able to miss them!

Why not stop by Goswell Road for an ice-cream on us? And don’t miss our daily cocktail making sessions starting at 3pm in the showroom.
