We were recently asked if we would help out with a project / makeover to assemble a set of IKEA PAX wardrobes and give them that classy built in look.

These wardrobes really are great, giving so many options and variations for the individual end users needs. Configuration options really are endless.

So we built and levelled a new plinth, assembled the wardrobes and of course finally boxed in to give them that stunning built in look.

Let’s talk shelves!!!!

Simple as they are they can really transform a space. For storage or practical use, down to decorative or displaying those cherished or quirky items a shelf or two are ideal.

This single kitchen shelf does a little of both and fits perfect on these industrial brackets.

All shelves available to your specific sizes. Choice of brackets and colours. Contact us for info and maybe a little help with inspiration.

It’s always nice to meet and do work for a new customer who you’ve been recommended to by a previous one (beats any advertising!)

This lovely open hallway and stairs will really come to life once painted. This new dado and paneling gives the space a delicate and in keeping detail that will take it to the next level. A really nice way to transform any space.

When one of our lovely customers asked if we could help with a front door canopy we were only too happy to oblige.

Working from a ‘Chat GPT’ rendering we don’t think we ended up too far away. Main posts treated and all timber now ready for stain and wood protection. Rubber roof installed to provide years of service and inner roof finished in Tongue & Groove with wiring for external light.

When one of our lovely customers asked if would take a look at a space at the top of the stairs in their new house we jumped at the chance.

Storage was much needed but the shape left little options for a free standing piece. So we designed and installed this handy cupboard space with fitted shelves. All those little bits and bobs now conveniently stored out of site. Detail on the door helped it blend with a number of lovely reclaimed doors across the hall way.

It’s always nice to receive a few photos after delivering some pieces to a lovely repeat customer.

This made to measure breakfast bar, hard waxed in Fiddes & Son ‘Whisky’ hard wax oil and on two black hairpin legs looks fantastic and is proveing very practical in this kitchen space. Two shelves in the same finish just finish the makeover perfectly.
