Great advice from tidying guru Marie Kondo.
My personal view on this is that you have to be able to fit it into your life so the wise advice may have to be adapted. For example, we don't all have the time to declutter everything at once. I've also tried living with everything being stored vertically. For me, this works really well for some things but doesn't work for everything. There are no concrete rules! You are allowed to change things to make it work for you.
