Got called to this job as the floor fitters found this rotten caberdeck, we removed very carefully to avoid the pipes on top of the joists. New floor fitted so the guys can finish up. Didn't get a finished pic as the guys were waiting to on.

Yesterday I had a job looking for a leak, found it last night after ripping up the floor boards etc, old lead main had been leaking for years. Fixed the leak and replaced all the rotten joists with new ones and new floor boards. The smell of damp has almost gone and this room feels dryer already.
