**Bleadon** Another garage conversion in Bleadon all plastered today.

*Bleadon** Big Progress over the last couple weeks, roof and cladding all done, scaffolding down. Stairs in, all inside insulated, studded, boarded and all plastered this week.

**Bleadon** and the scaffold is down. Massive thanks to J Cooper Scaffolding Services for the scaffold and Tin roof keeping us dry and sun burn free!

**Bleadon** We are making great progress on the loft conversion, Steels in, new floor in, roof structure done, dorma roofs done, now onto the cladding before the new roof tiles come and then roof will be complete and we can tackle inside.

** Bleadon ** Our latest project is underway, loft conversion with the whole roof coming off, ready for steels to go in, then we can put a new roof on with dormas.

** Bleadon Garage Conversion ** A returning customer wanted his garage converted with an office section and small shower room. All fully insulated with a new full width window, and plastering finished off today. The cut out got a lot of laughs all round.

** Somerton ** Another conservatory roof replacement we have done this year. This one was more complicated with steel works needed to support the massive 4m long lantern. All installed without disturbing the existing windows. All insulated and plastered.

** Clevedon ** our first job after Christmas was this roof replacement, the old conservatory roof was leaking and someone had attempted a false ceiling. We stripped it out completely and installed a new insulated flat roof. We plastered the ceiling and also installed 4 spot lights.

** Catcott** garden room is now complete, outside - we’ve added stone pathways, steps, slabs and rendered. Porch shell is up and watertight.. we will be back in the summer to do the inside and knock-throughs.

**Clevedon**

Returning here after we did a small extension back in 2022.
We fully stripped the garden removing existing paths, added in 2 new soakaways, adding in new drainage, building a stone retaining wall, repairing sections of existing stone walls, laying a big new natural stone patio with grey edging slabs and top patio ready for a gazebo next year, plus relaying an existing patio of natural stones. Shed base, and new path to the garage door.
While here we have also been working on the conservatory taking the roof off and the existing wooden windows, adding in new steel work, a new tiled roof with 3 velux windows and then new french doors and windows. All insulated and plastered this week.

**Catcott** One of many projects we have been working on since the summer.
A new build garden room - with just the inside to paint, tile floor and finish exterior painting.
Last week we started a porch extension to the bungalow, digging the footings and a site clean up clearing the sides and getting pathways and retaining walls ready.
