Many medal designs look perfect on screen.

But once converted into real zinc alloy molds, certain details may become difficult during polishing and enamel filling.

That’s why production experience matters.

For this European marathon medal project, we optimized the cloud details before manufacturing started, which helped improve both production stability and the final appearance.

This customer used the same logo across multiple hard enamel products and the final result looked very unified.
