On 26 August, BDLBSA, jointly with AGTSO and BDSEA, was pleased to attend a meeting with Legislative Council Members Hon CHAU Siu Chung (周小松議員), Hon LAM Chun Sing, JP (林振昇議員), Ir Hon Aaron BOK Kwok Ming (卜國明議員), and their representatives to discuss matters relating to manpower arrangements and workload concerns within the Buildings Department.
Our Chairman, Royus, Vice-chairman, Victor, and Secretary, Jocelyn, attended the meeting on behalf of BDLBSA. We appreciate the opportunity to exchange views with the Legislative Council Members on issues affecting colleagues, including staffing, work pressure, possible improvements to operational efficiency, and support for our RAE bid.
BDLBSA will continue to reflect members’ views, maintain communication with SDM and relevant parties, and work together towards a more sustainable and supportive working environment for our colleagues through various channels, including not only internal mechanisms but also external support and collaboration.
