Design Engineer – Embedded Electronics - Kwun Tong, Kowloon - Indeed.com Prodigy Electronics

Job Summary
1. Work in a cross-functional international team to develop electronics products for industrial customer applications.
2. The job involves in the full cycle of electronics product development from concept, prototype, schematics, layout, production and certification
3. Evaluate user needs and wishes together with marketing and transfer them into technical concepts and requirements
4. Technical support in frame of the entire product development process and during serial production including verification and qualification of designed components
5. Support compliance & certification activities
6. Travel to manufacturing facility in Guangdong area and occasional international travel will be required

Skills
1. Experience in electronics design
2. Experience working in project teams and interest in working in a flexible and agile environment
3. Knowledge in digital and analogue circuit design
4. Knowledge in programming C, C++ and App development
5. Motivated personality with a high willingness to learn and drive innovation
6. Track record in solving tough technical problems
7. Structured and independent working style with the flexibility to work on several projects at the same time
