📱 What makes employees keep using an employee app?

At MAPEI Hungary, it was not more company news. It was making everyday tasks easier.

Production employees did not have corporate email, updates relied on TVs and noticeboards, and leave requests required VPN access.

With MIA, communication and recurring employee tasks came together in one place:
- leave requests without VPN access
- manager approval from mobile
- cafeteria administration
- documents and event registration

The results:
- 97.1% active user rate
- 32% engaged users
- full organizational coverage across 264 employees, including 107 production employees

When employees can use the platform for something practical, it becomes part of everyday work.
