Dive RAID
The main diving certification agencies within Indonesia are PADI, SSI, NAUI, POSSI and Dive RAID. In total there are approximately over 78 Scuba Diver Certification Agencies around the world. To review the main agencies go to the RSTC website.
RAID is a Training Agency
The Rebreather Association of International Divers (RAID) was a little known name to recreational divers. RAID was founded in 2007 by POSEIDON Equipment for the training divers with rebreathers. In 2014, Dive RAID extended its scope to include open circuit scuba training, technical diving and freediving. Dive Raid remains and will remain one of the smaller training agencies with a global reach, Dive RAID focuses on Dive Training / Skills rather than the total number of certifications it issues.
Dive RAID Divers are recognised widely throughout the world for their diving skills and as such being certified as a RAID diver offers more opportunities as a diver than other less skill orientated dive courses.. For this reason many divers want to upgrade RAID.
RAID Dive Centres offers a range of options for those who wish to upgrade their current skill levels to Dive RAID Standards.
Because RAID gives the certified diver more opportunities on a worldwide basis, many divers wish to upgrade to RAID to increase their diving Skills.
