From an old boiler house that was converted years ago. All new plumbing and electrics. All pipework concealed and floors insulated and lowered to the same level as the rest of the house. Walls insulated and plastered. New pipework for a radiator that never existed in the room previously. New toilet and pipework and also moved to the opposite side of the room. Wall hung vanity and led mirror to suit. Door location moved slightly and installed a new frame and door. Tiles carried through to the utility floor. New skirting and architrave. Client has opted to paint themselves. Yet another very happy customer. A lot of work for such a small space but well worth it

A massive transformation. Client was ecstatic with the outcome

Shower repair. Client asked me to repair their shower after a previous tradesman left it unfinished. Client had a leak which caused stud partitions to partially rot out. Same with the sub floor. I bulked up stud walls and floor joists for the new sub floor. New moisture boards, shower tray and tanked entire shower. New tiling. Was able to reuse old power shower and doors. Client was delighted with the outcome

Its all about storage. Client decided to make this ensuite smaller and the hotpress larger. Knocked walls between both and increased the size of the hotpress. I previously had increased the hot water cylinder size for more hot water.
Full tile from floor to ceiling.1200mm x 600mm tile in the ensuite. Wall hung vanity and new brushed brass towel warmer. new suite and lighting.new barn door to save space. Kitted the hotpress out with new shelving, lighting and double doors.
