The Flaming Cook

We’re delighted to have been featured in Issue 002 of ‘The Stories of Our Trailblazers’, sharing a little of the story behind The Flaming Cook. From that first light-bulb moment to where we are today, with three Trailblazers on the road and a diary that keeps us busy!

What makes this feature even more special to us is the story behind the equipment we use. Our Trailblazer BBQ grills, made by a company based in Belfast, have become a big part of what we do on the road.

It’s always great to work with a company that genuinely supports the businesses using their equipment, and we’re very proud to be part of the Trailblazer family. 🔥

We’re based here in North Cork, but it’s brilliant to see how businesses can connect and support each other across the island from Belfast to Cork!
