Finished a small batch of our Katherine necklace and Rosie earrings last week. We will get on top of our jewellery production in the coming weeks! Our Lomán collection is so popular, delighted to get such positive feedback on these pieces. These pieces are cast in brass and gold plated. The tactile rocky surfaces are cast directly from the North Dublin coastline in Portrane. They look and feel great when worn.

Back in stock! Our machined brass and Connemara Marble candle holder. Perfect for dinner or chunky pillar candles, depending on which way you stand it. The brass parts are made for us in Dublin. Eric works his magic with the marble in his envious studio located on the grounds of Russborough House. Such a special product, we make these in small batches, so they do sell out.

We asked our favourite Brazilian, and newly conferred citizen of Ireland, Fabio to try out the recipes of recent Blasta Books publication, SAMBA
We love the simplicity of the recipes in this collection of bookshelf essentials. Each one is expertly compiled and written by a different chef, this one is by Brazilian-born chef Giselle Makinde | Brazilian Recipe & Food History. The recipes focus on the building blocks of Brazilian cooking; Cassava, corn, beans, banana, coconut, carne seca and sugarcane. Fabio gave a couple of recipes a go including a Caiprinha which was all the more enjoyable sipped from our Dursey Fields tumbler by Criostal na Rinne

No glue or plastic in this packaging, the sticker is designed by Shane O’Driscoll and the cut out is a nod to Shane's unmistakable style. Love it! The candles are made by Dublin makers Rathbornes 1488 so you know you're buying quality! Wee Pets, our 2027 calendar by artist Jo Jo Pearson is almost there! This calendar has inspired a few more special products for pets and animal lovers. We've teamed up with a few of our favourite makers to create some seriously special, limited edition products which we will share the details and development of in the coming weeks. These talented people include ceramicist karoArt * the clay fable, printmaker René Mullin and Mayo based producer of THE most luxurious dog beds The Sheepish Dog who use fabric from John Hanly & Co Ltd

We opened a little late this morning as we had Miriam from Cushendale Woollen Mills visit us to give us a greater insight into how her 8th generation family mill produce their stunning textiles. We have been a proud stockist of Cushendale for years now, we love their ethos, their emphasis on sustainability and the quality of their blankets and scarves. We heard about how the mill was established, how it harnesses the power of the river, the importance of respecting that river, how the yarn is sourced, carded, dyed and woven. Miriam brought in sample yarn, including fleece from our native Galway sheep which they use in many of their products. Amazing, insightful visit, and fab for our team to learn so much about the products they are selling to visitors of our shop. It is so important to support our craftspeople, if holidaying around Ireland, check out local studios. Cushendale have a fabulous shop alongside their mill in Graiguenamanagh.
