Here i take a look at how to keep your tree ferns healthy . 3 handy basic tips . 1. Water most evenings in the for 20 to 30 seconds a soft soak pressure on the nozzle . 2/3 times a week if you are under pressure for time . 2. Spray a soft mist over the leaves 3 times a week to keep the leaves moist . Late evening would best not to allow direct sunlight . 3 feed your ferns twice a year . Early spring and mid August . The more you look after your tree ferns the healthier they will be .

What a lovely evening ☀️🌿

I hope everyone is enjoying this wonderful evening in their gardens.

There’s something special about these long summer evenings when everything seems to slow down a little.

And tonight we have something a little extra special — a solar eclipse. 🌒

Across Ireland the Moon is covering most of the Sun this evening, giving us a pretty rare sight in our skies.

It’s amazing to think that for a few moments we can all just stop what we’re doing and look up at the same thing.

Gardens, a summer evening and an eclipse overhead — not a bad way to spend an August evening.

Sometimes the simplest evenings are the ones you remember.

Hope you’re enjoying yours, wherever you are. 🌿🌒 . Garden design , garden lighting . Planting design

Here is some garden design tips for creating an Outdoor Room . As Ireland’s climate is changing more and more times when creating an outdoor living area, i find myself of looking at options to sealing up these pergolas - outdoor rooms . So if you are thinking of including an outdoor room in your garden make sure you construct it , in a way it can be closed up now or at a later date. Here I created an outdoor snug at the back of a property where we glazed it with glass and a sliding doors . Garden Design - outdoor patios - Garden Rooms - DIY Gardens.
