Macroom Tidy Towns is a local voluntary organisation : https://macroomtidytowns.ie Often followed by a cuppa, and a good chat!

Every Saturday morning, we meet at 9am and spend two hours clearing up litter, weeding flower beds and carrying out other tidy towns activities. We always welcome new volunteers, so if you have some free time, please come along - the more the merrier!

Work commenced on Monday to revamp the "bull area" fronting Mill Reef estate . This will be one of the largest projects undertaken by MTT this year. Planting here will commence once the existing grass has died back naturally after the application of mypex covering .
