Ahmedabad is undoubtedly one of the most bewitching cities in India. The modern architecture specialists alike that Le Corbusiera produced here his most beautiful works. But this amazing city is revealed especially through its medieval centre, made up of 500 neighbourhood (The Pol) linked together by doors and furrowed with a myriad of alleys.
At the heart of this magical maze stands the palling of Umang Hutheesing. His restoration required seven years of work. Umang Hutheesing personally supervised and decorated each room entirely. Furniture, every object in his family home recalls a past steeped in history

Umang Hutheesing heads the IN-TAC, semi-private association for safeguarding heritage, and directly manages many charitable works. Member of the institute National Design Institute of Ahmedabad, it has one of the most important costume collections royal (not less than two thousand) relating seven centuries of history of Indian society. His great project is to be able to show its people this extraordinary treasure. His family owns five temples, a jain monastery in Ahmedabad and ten residences, including one in Rajasthan.
