A beautiful bathroom is everyone’s dream. Designing your bathroom is an exhilarating task for many yet daunting for some. We know that designing a bathroom can be a complicated, tedious, and an expensive process if you are not a professional. So before jumping headfirst into making changes to your bathroom, here is a checklist of essentials every bathroom needs. And to make this process a lot easier for you we have created a checklist for your bathroom interiors.
Also known as a vanity top, bathroom countertops are an excellent way to spruce up even a small bathroom. You don’t require a lot of square footage to design a countertop with a sink in your bathroom. There are various materials you can choose from to design a countertop such as marble, quartz, granite and tiles. Each of these materials is different and unique in their own way and therefore fit into different styles, designs and budgets.
A bathroom vanity unit is a blend of sinks and the storage surrounding it. Vanity units are basically bathroom cabinets surrounding the sink and additional space for storage apart from hiding ugly plumbing.
Flooring is an essential element for your bathroom interiors and must be decided early along with the design for your cabinets and tiles. Be it toothpaste, washbasin splutter or your makeup brush, your bathroom floor needs to be ready for anything.

Dining rooms are one of the most important rooms in a house; a room where technology is non existent & families come together to eat & catch up on each others days. It’s simple manners to not use your phone at the dining table which turns it in to one of the only places that people are forced to step away from social media & in to the ‘real world’.
So why is it that dining rooms are on the decline? Many new build houses don’t have dining rooms & many people are choosing to turn their once dining room in to an extra bedroom, lounge, playroom or it just becomes a bit of a dumping ground. In the UK, space is of the essence so property sizes are kept small & extra rooms are vital, but it seems such a shame that the once traditional space is on the way out.

Your parents are an indispensable part of your personal lives. So, it is implied that their private bedroom should also be decorated so that they feel right at home and deeply loved by the family. You must also not forget to incorporate your parents’ preferences and personalities while planning their bedroom design or decor theme.
Apart from this, some other factors that you need to consider when undertaking your parents’ bedroom transformation are:
Easy Accessibility And Functionality Of The Space: Minimal but multifunctional furniture of optimal height (chest of drawers, bedside table, a pair of armchairs, etc.) so that your parents can easily move around in the bedroom, swing door with sleek pull handles or sliding-door wardrobes, doors with lever handles, etc.
Safety And Security Of The Space: Skid-resistant floors (preferably wood), no loose carpets or rugs.
Level Of Comfort In The Space: Bed with a considerable height so that it levels at your parents’ knees, place the wardrobe in a corner, a potted green plant or two to bring nature indoors (preferably natural air purifying plants).
Level Of Lighting In The Space: Focus more on natural lighting through large windows, bedside lamps or dim night lights with two-way light switches, recessed or cove ceiling lights to avoid overstraining of their eyes.
Design Aesthetics: Light to warm colour theme (brown, white, gold, light yellow) to keep your parents’ minds agile and cheerful, cleaner dimensions and softer edges, no shiny patterns and surfaces, decluttered and simple decor style.

A pendant light is a fixture that is suspended from the ceiling by a cord, chain or metal rod. Less bulky and often more affordable than chandeliers, pendant lighting has become a popular choice among architects across diverse typologies. In the majority of instances, pendant lights are harnessed in one of two ways — in clusters, hung in a decorative series, or as a stand-alone light fixture that serves as the focal point of a room.
While pendant lights come in a variety of shapes and sizes, all models serve a fairly similar purpose — they are sculptural and decorative, while doubling as an excellent lighting source. That said, certain design specifications will be more appropriate than others depending on the priorities that you have laid out for the ambience, appearance and energy performance of your space.
There are many different types of pendant lights and often manufacturers will categorize them with their own set of nomenclature. However, here are some common terms to watch out for when you are searching for the most appropriate pendant for your space.
If you are looking for a trending one, here’s what we found, no. 1 trending cluster pendant chandelier.

If you’re lucky enough to have a fireplace in your home, you should draw attention to it with great decor! I love fireplaces for the warmth they provide in the winter, but I also love their charming looks and how they can enhance a living room’s interior design all year long.
If your fireplace is looking a little bare, add visual appeal by decorating above the mantel. These seven tips will help get you started.
1. Don’t forget about the wall.
The mantel shelf is a great place to add decorative items, but you can also draw attention to your fireplace by hanging a mirror, clock or piece of artwork on the wall directly above the mantel. If you decide to go this route, decorate the shelf with pieces that complement your wall art and complete the look.
2. Illuminate with lighting.
Mood lighting can give your fireplace an even cozier look. Try decorating the shelf with candles or hanging two sconce lights on the wall above the mantel.
3. Get creative with art.
You can hang up your favorite piece of art on the wall, or if it’s small enough, stand it on the shelf at an angle. For an eclectic look, place three or more smaller paintings on the shelf so they overlap.
4. Play with different heights.
Using decorative items of varying heights is a great way to create more visual interest. Play around with different arrangements and objects to get the look just right.

Plate decor is a new trend on with the idea of decorating your house in a unique way with the things left unnoticed.
The good news is different plate decors are now available isn’t that great?
The best thing about decorating a kitchen wall with hanging plates is the flexibility it offers. You are not limited to only one form of design. You can hang the plates in any way that suits you. For example, you could border the room with hanging plates if you like. On the other hand, maybe you might want to place the plates in a diamond, arched, or rectangular pattern. Horizontal and vertical lines are a great way to display hanging plates as well. The only limitations you have is that of your own creativity. You even get more creativity in the type of plates you want to hang. Decorating a kitchen wall with hanging plates is a fun and very personal way to spruce up any kitchen. You can use plates of any design, shape, or color that you want.

Classy themed home!
Colours complement your emotions and uplift your spirit. Opt for the right choice of colours in your living room to uplift your spirits when you enter your home. For example, you can opt for vibrant shades of orange and yellow to bring in a pop of enthusiasm and energy. On the other hand, use cool colours like green and blue to add an element of freshness and rejuvenate your senses. Brown furniture works well with green to imitate natural beauty. You can also experiment with shades of red and purple for a touch of royalty. These colours can either be used as wall paint or as part of a wallpaper print.
Furniture is generally the eye-catching object in your living space. It is vital to choose the right colour furniture to complement the surrounding colours. Not just the colours, but the design and utility of the furniture also make a mark in the living room. You could choose a neutral-coloured sofa when you have a bright background. You can also opt for a sofa with a floral design to match your wall colours and alleviate the ambience. For example, a wooden sofa with subtle mustard or pastel green cushions would be the best pick for a green background. If you have a red wall, then choosing leather sofas in black or grey will enhance the look of the room. Next, you can opt for a coffee table made of wood or a coloured stand with a glass top. If you have a nice balcony or French windows, then a rocking chair near the open place will be the best place for a cup of coffee and a book. You can also install an ancient wooden swing to bring in an old-world charm.
