Sri B R Devegade, the founder member & Director is a technocrat in-charge of the execution of the massive projects. He is always mobile and is quick in decision making. He can assess what is required for the project to race ahead and takes timely decisions to see that the project is not starved of good management. He is well versed in cost estimation and is an effective Public Relations Manager. These qualities in him coupled with the positive attitude of making others learn on the job, enable MBR to successfully complete the projects, some of them even before scheduled time, earning reputation and awards for the company. MBR Homes Pvt Limited, Bangalore, the flagship company of MBR Group was established in 2005. We acquired a truly wide and solid base of experience of our own construction for Township in different locations. In Bangalore MBR has started in 2005 with a joint venture of 32 residential apartments at one of the best location in JP Nagar Bangalore. It has earned a name for quality, dependability and competitiveness in the market for its products. By winning the trust of our occupants we keep adding our customer chain & that is the strength of selling our apartments with their valuable references. Our most of the apartments are sold before completion of the projects.
