when the starting point is 10% digitisation and every manufacturing site running its own operations?
That was the challenge Cipla faced.
The answer was building the One Cipla experience: one platform for pay, leave, attendance, queries, and every people process, deployed across 24 entities in India, Africa, Europe, and emerging markets.
For a manufacturing workforce where half the employees work from plant floors, this meant configuring a single system that could handle diverse shift patterns and attendance rules across regions without forcing artificial standardisation.
Today, the platform processes 10 million+ transactions a month.
