Received best in class employer award by Cabinet Minster of Punjab Government.

About 21.5 million people in India have some kind of physical disability.
We started assisting disabled people in Jan 2017 by providing them with employability skills and targeted corporates for recruitment. This year we have placed thousands of such youth in our associated corporates.

हमने जनवरी 2017 में दिव्यांग को कौशल वृद्धि और रोज़गार प्रदान करने की शुरुवात की । इस साल हमने ऐसे हजारों युवाओं को अपने संबंधित कम्पनी में रखा है। डिस्टिल एजुकेशन दिव्यंगो के उत्थान के लिए प्रतिबध हैं ।

NAPS: National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme is a new scheme of Government of India to promote apprenticeship. It was launched on 19th August 2016. Apprenticeship Training consists of Basic Training and On-the-Job Training/Practical Training at workplace in the industry.
Benefits to the organisation :
1 Increases availability of industry ready skilled manpower well versed with culture of the company
2 Reduces attrition
3 Reduces expenditure on recruitment process
4 Loyalty factor in apprentices is relatively higher
5 Financial support from the Government through NAPS (Sharing of 25% of the prescribed stipend, subject to a maximum of INR 1,500 per month per apprentice)
6 Stipends paid do not attract any statutory deduction/payment obligation on the part of the corporate/industry (No PF, No ESIC etc.).
