Bike Servicing Me Hone Wale 10 Jaruri Kaam

1️⃣ Engine Oil Change

Engine oil motorcycle ke engine ka lifeline hota hai. Time par oil change na ho to engine me friction badhta hai, overheating hoti hai aur engine life kam ho jati hai.

2️⃣ Oil Filter Cleaning / Replacement

Oil filter ka kaam hota hai oil me maujood dust aur metal particles ko filter karna. Agar filter ganda ho to naya oil bhi jaldi kharab ho jata hai.

3️⃣ Air Filter Cleaning

Clean air filter se engine ko proper air–fuel mixture milta hai. Ganda air filter mileage kam karta hai aur pickup slow ho jata hai.

4️⃣ Spark Plug Check

Spark plug engine ke combustion ka main part hai. Weak ya carbon jam spark plug se starting problem, misfire aur low mileage hota hai.

5️⃣ Chain Cleaning & Lubrication

Dry ya gandi chain se power loss, noise aur chain–sprocket jaldi kharab hota hai. Har servicing me chain clean aur lubricate karna zaruri hai.

6️⃣ Brake Inspection

Brake pads, disc/drum aur brake cable ka check hona chahiye. Brake delay ya weak brake accident ka major reason ban sakta hai.

7️⃣ Clutch Free Play Adjustment

Zyada tight ya loose clutch se gear shifting hard, clutch plate jaldi kharab aur riding comfort kam ho jata hai.

8️⃣ Tyre Pressure Check

Sahi tyre pressure se better mileage, grip aur tyre life milti hai. Galat pressure se tyre uneven wear hota hai.

9️⃣ Battery Check

Battery voltage, terminals aur water level (agar applicable ho) check karna zaruri hai. Weak battery se self start fail ho sakta hai.

🔟 All Nuts & Bolts Tightening

Riding ke dauran vibration se nuts-bolts dheere dheere loose ho jate hain. Servicing me sabka tightening safety ke liye mandatory hai.

Motorcycle & Scooter Maintenance – 10 Important Points

1️⃣ Battery ki jaanch zaroor karein

Sardiyon me battery weak ho jaati hai, especially agar riding kam hoti hai.
➡️ Electric start late ho, horn slow ho ya self kamzor lage to battery check karwao.
➡️ Agar bike 4–5 din nahi chala rahe ho to hafte me ek baar start zaroor karo.

2️⃣ Chain ko time-time par lubricate karein

Thand me chain jaldi dry ho jaati hai.
➡️ Dry chain se noise aata hai aur mileage bhi kam hoti hai.
➡️ Har 500–700 km me chain cleaning + lubrication best rehta hai.

3️⃣ Engine oil condition check karein

Cold temperature me engine oil thick ho jaata hai.
➡️ Agar oil purana hai to engine smooth kaam nahi karega.
➡️ Company recommended grade ka fresh engine oil use karein.

4️⃣ Coolant ka level sahi rakhein (Liquid cooled bikes)

Scooter aur bikes jisme liquid cooling hoti hai, unme coolant bahut important hota hai.
➡️ Low coolant se engine overheat ya damage ho sakta hai.
➡️ Winter me bhi coolant ignore na karein.

5️⃣ Fuel tank hamesha aadha se zyada bhara rakhein

Sardiyon me khali tank ke andar moisture jam sakta hai.
➡️ Isse fuel line aur injector/carburetor me problem aa sakti hai.
➡️ Isliye fuel level low hone na dein.

6️⃣ Tyre pressure ko regularly check karein

Thand me hawa sikud jaati hai, jis se tyre pressure automatically kam ho jata hai.
➡️ Low pressure se grip kam hoti hai aur tyre jaldi ghis jata hai.
➡️ Company recommended tyre pressure maintain karein.

7️⃣ Bike/Scooter ko cover me park karein

Agar open area me parking hoti hai to thand aur dew ka effect zyada hota hai.
➡️ Rust, wiring issue aur paint damage ho sakta hai.
➡️ Achha quality ka bike cover use karein.

Cold start problem ka ek main reason spark plug bhi hota hai.
➡️ Agar plug ganda ya worn out hai to starting issue aayega.
