A space, seen through people.
Our Mumbai experience centre has always been familiar, but in its refreshed form, it brings a different energy.
As clients and partners moved through the space, the focus wasn’t just on what’s new, but on how it all comes together, products in context, conversations in motion, and ideas taking shape along the way.
This video captures those in-between moments, the walkthroughs, the interactions, and the people who continue to engage with the space in their own way.

Some celebrations unfold quietly.
This Women’s Day, Kokuyo India teams visited client workplaces alongside colleagues from Japan and invited everyone to spend a few minutes with paper, brush and ink.
The activity was calligraphy — slow strokes, careful movement, a steady hand.
Much like meditation, the practice asks for attention and patience. In the middle of a busy workday, it created a brief moment of stillness.
Calligraphy also has a way of returning people to the basics — to authenticity, to focus, to the quiet satisfaction of forming something by hand.
Clients and colleagues gathered around the table, tried their hand at the brush and spent a few moments together. No speeches. Just ink, paper and conversation.
Over the past week, we’ve shared glimpses of these moments across workplaces. This small gesture was our way of marking Women’s Day — recognising the women whose presence, care and commitment shape workplaces every day.
And as the ink dried on the paper, the moment quietly carried the spirit of the day with it.

Women’s Day at Kokuyo’s Nagpur Factory
Manufacturing is often described through machines, throughput, and process discipline. Yet anyone who spends time on a factory floor knows the real differentiator is people.
At Kokuyo’s Nagpur manufacturing facility, women contribute across production, quality inspection, and shift coordination — roles where consistency, safety and precision determine whether a line runs smoothly or stops.
Day after day, the shop floor runs on precision, accountability and coordinated teamwork. Much of this effort takes place beyond view, yet it underpins the consistency and reliability of the factory’s daily operations.
This year’s Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain,” reflects something we see on the shop floor. When trust is extended, when mentorship is real, and when leadership opportunities are opened, capability grows steadily.
As manufacturing evolves, the most resilient factories will not simply invest in better machines. They will continue investing in the people who sustain quality and reliability every day.

Happy International Women’s Day ✨
When we give, we gain.
Progress begins with generosity.
This year’s theme, Give To Gain, reflects a clear truth: equality advances when opportunity is shared. It is built through consistent action — offering trust, mentorship, visibility and space to lead.
At Kokuyo, we believe growth begins with the environments we shape. When women are supported to lead and influence, organisations become stronger, more adaptive and more future-ready.
When women lead, progress accelerates. 🚀
