We are hiring Regional Sales Manager for Maharashtra.

Looking for Agriculture Sales people:
- worked/ working with dealers, distributors and farmers
- 5 to 7 years of experience selling Agricultural Inputs
- Street smart, effective sales planner, excellent in Ex*****on and an achiever mindset

Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the field sales team to help them achieve their monthly sales targets and goals
- Responsible for generating e-commerce orders from dealers and dealer Subscription sales
- Create a robust sales process in lines with the organizational goals (Short, Mid & Long Term)
- Track & Monitor daily targets and reporting of sales team
- Take necessary actions to ensure the dealers, farmers and brand ambassadors are using the tech products regularly and are well trained to do so
- Robust sales Plan for the quarter/ annual prepared after discussing with customers and understanding of the market
- Supportive role in sourcing of products / deals
- Hiring and training sales team

Job Summary:

‪We at DestaGlobal highly value education in all sectors, degree or not. This Friday, our CEO, Siddhartha Choudhary, had the honour of being a part of the prestigious jury for judging the Business Standard 'Best B-School Project' competition. A few pictures from the event... ‬

In March 2019, we launched the KrishiDoot campaign, where we encouraged folks from the village community to become farmer influencers, or 'Village Ambassadors'. Passionate people with an intent to help the farming community came forward to partner us.
In the initial phase, 300 registered as KrishiDoots. Today, after 9 months, we have 2000 pending KrishiDoot registrations.
With the help of new KrishiDoots, we will organise bigger farmer meetings to educate them about the Siddhi Kisan app, and use the KrishiDoot's influence to positively impact farmers and dealers in their circle.
