From Designing, printing, dyeing, pattern cutting, stitching, emb

Designing: The designs are either provided by the client or created by our skilled designers dedicated to provide copyrighted/original designs keeping in mind the latest trend, region and the client. Merchandising: We have separate merchandising departments for Ladies, Men’s, Kids and Home, which makes the sourcing and conceptualization focused for the respective lines. All merchandisers are carefully handpicked from top fashion institutes to ensure latest technical and theoretical knowledge which is transformed into practical knowledge while working with us in due course of time. Production: The production is divided into 2 sub division,
1. Stitching and Embroidery
- Dyeing and Printing: We have in – house CAD/CAM machines for making print design, embroideries, logo etc. We also have in – house fabric and garment dyeing along with all various types of washes. We can print in pigment, reactive or discharge. In a nut shell we have miniature mill which prepare everything for mass production at our large garment factories & processing mills.
- Stitching and Embroidery: All proto types are stitched in – house. We are able to do computerized embroideries, all types of hand embroidery and machine Ari embroidery. Quality Control: This part of our setup differentiates us from the rest. We have an in-house laboratory to test the materials that we use, or will use for the concept in process. This enables us to be technically accurate. We have a dedicated Quality check department of highly qualified professionals. These professionals have designed a 4 step quality check cycle, making a product difficult to pass without being impeccable. Packaging and Dispatch: This is the last step before the garment leaves from our factory to its destination. This department takes care that the packaging and dispatch is taken place keeping in mind the international standards. This process/department ensures that the garments are packed with minimal human contact and almost without crease.
