For me, this is not merely about buying a book. It is about encouraging the culture of knowledge-sharing within our industry.
Our industry is blessed with experienced veterans, professionals and consultants with decades of invaluable knowledge across MDF, Particle Board, Plywood, Veneers, HPL & Laminates, Decorative Surfaces, Manufacturing Technology, Raw Materials, Machinery, Quality, Design, Applications, and the technical & commercial aspects of our businesses.
Much of this knowledge remains within individuals. I sincerely hope more of our industry veterans will come forward to document, share and pass their experience to the next generation.
The true strength of an industry lies not only in what it manufactures, but also in the knowledge it creates, preserves and shares.
I personally dream of seeing Indian knowledge, technology, experience and consulting capabilities reach a stage where they are sought by manufacturers around the world—not merely a stage where we look overseas for expertise.
