Every one has heard the proverb "you must have your Breakfast as a King". Many people take the meaning literally.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. As there is always a long gap between your dinner and Breakfast. It is known as intermittent fasting. To rejuvenate your body, your Breakfast has to be loaded with nutrients which are the fuel for proper working of your organs.
Your body needs- Macro and micro nutrients plus trace minerals etc at a regular basis.
If we talk about Indian Breakfast - it varies from state to state. Panthas, idli sambar chatni, upma, pohe, puries, Bread butter etc.They are all carb based. Some people take eggs and fruits also.
Unfortunately now a days because of growing and storing conditions our crops/ grains, fruits and vegetables are lacking in vitamins and nutrients. This depletion of nutrients along with ever present stress, give birth to many Lifestyle Diseases. We have to pay conscious attention to our Lifestyle and Health.

We talk about Healthy Lifestyle and the five pillars on which it rests on. We all learn but do we apply these learnings in our day to day life? Learning alone is not sufficient. Application of our learning is the key to positive results.
Now a days everyone is looking for Peace of Mind or Stress free life. It is easier said than done but it is doable. There are ways, simple ways which can help you achieve this precious commodity.
Ask yourself two questions.
1. Who is the person in your life with whom you spend maximum time?
2. Do you love this person/ do you have positive relationship with this person?
If the name popping up in your mind is of your parents/ spouse/kids/ siblings or friends- there is a problem. It should be YOU whom you should love most. You spend all the time with yourself and therefore you must have a positive relationship with yourself. When that happens your Self Esteem goes high, in turn you are more confident and your output improves, You get good results and Success comes your way. This whole cycle brings happiness in your life.
Your relationships with people in your personal and professional life become healthier. You automatically become better at responding to challanges and situations in your life and life becomes less stressful.
When we learn to handle our emotions our positive frequency increases and we live healthy.
When there is negativity and ustability in handling different emotions - anxiety, stress, tension comes in our life and as a result there happens manifestation of various diseases in our body. It is a very long process you don't even realize but it happens and it is a proven fact.
So, please take care of yourself. Work on your habits and enjoy stress free mind and disease free body.

Up to 60% of the human adult body is water. According to studies, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%. Therefore Hydration plays a very significant role in the health of any individual.
Most of the people feel they drink enough water but reality is most of us drink water when we feel thirsty. This is the cause of many ailments.
When you feel thirsty, it means your body is already 2% dehydrated. Like food water also has to be digested. Meaning it has to be mixed with your saliva and then gulped down slowly. You might be drinking enough water but if it is not been taken sip by sip, it will not get digested and your muscles will be dehydrated and you might experience cramps.
There are many theories floating about how much water one should drink.
You can consume about three lts. of water the right way and see the difference in day to day activities, your skin and general health.
Drink water, remain hydrated, Enjoy good health.

India's Investment King Rakesh Jhunjhunwala had one regret only that he did not invest in his health. If money could buy health, he would have been with us today.

Famous philosopher Jim Rohn said "take care of your body.It's the only place you have to live".

Life is a journey, a beautiful journey. On the way, ups and downs come. The essence is how we face them. They make our life more interesting. I am sure everyone has seen the ECG graph. No one wants a flat line. Curves indicate life.
Today I was sitting and some thoughts crossed my mind. I jotted them down. I am sharing them with you.
मुश्किलों से दोस्ती कर लो
पास तो जाओ उनके, जानो उन्हे पहचानो उन्हे
रूई का ढेर हैं यह, दिखती बड़ी हैं जरूर
पर भारी नहीं हैं, यही तो है इनका गुरूर
जब इनको उठाने का तय करोगे
तो नये रास्ते मिलेंगे और तुम उनपर चलोगे
लगे रहो, सीखते रहे, चलते रहो, ज़िन्दगी में आगे बढ़ते रहो
मुश्किलों से दोस्ती कर लो
ना ये छोटी होती हैं, ना ये बड़ी होती हैं
मुद्दा इतना ही है कि तुम्हारा हौसला कितना बड़ा है
गर तुम दौड़ नही सकते तो चलो
चल नही सकते तो सरको, दस बार गिरो, गिर कर उठते रहो

Dear friends,
A very Happy New Year to all of you. Life is a journey, a beautiful journey. It has it's own ups and downs and that makes it interesting. These curves indicate life. Think of the ECG of heart. No one ever wants a flat line then why we get scared of hardships and challanges.
Today I was sitting and pondering on this. Some thoughts came to my mind. I jotted them down. Just sharing with you all.

Good Morning Friends,
I am sure 2021 will bring lots of cheers to everyone's life. If we look at it deeply, our state of mind is in our own hands. Nobody has any control over external conditions, but how we percieve the incidents in our lives and respond to them is definately in our control.
all 24 X 7, things are happening around us which create mental, physical and emotional states, our actions are the result of these states.
Our mind is so strong, it attracts what it really desires. We all can write a happy and positive future for us and lets do that.

Dear friends
Every end brings a new beginning. 2020 is about to end and 2021 is about to step in. If we look back, 2020 has been a wonderful year. It has taught people, importance of life, importance of relationships, importance of Values and real happiness. It has taught us, to meet challanges head on. It has given the wisdom to appreciate small blessings of life.
Covid is not going anywhere in a hurry. It is high time we change our mental makeup and accept that our life has to go on. We have to take precautions and move ahead.Time doesn't wait for anyone. Our positive mental attitude will lead to our good health.
I wish all my friends a great year ahead. Realize your dreams and enjoy your success.
Last but not the least, I would like to thank each one of you for your support and liking the page.
