We engineered this turnkey transformation to multiply the capacity of the real estate.

▪️ Raw Overhead: Kept the open ceiling concept intact. Painted black to hide the noise, keeping the industrial ducting and red fire lines exposed for a sharp contrast.
▪️ Space Multiplier: Integrated a custom mezzanine structure to maximize workstation capacity.
▪️ In-House Manufacturing: Custom-built modular workstations with clean lines and teal acoustic dividers, manufactured specifically for this floorplan.
