![Today wasn’t a “wow what a view” flight.
It was a “hold on, breathe, trust yourself” kind of flight.
Paragliding is a dynamic sport.. the wind shifts, thermals rise hard, and you adapt in real time. Unlike skiing or rock climbing, the mountain doesn’t move… but the air does. And that changes everything.
Up there, fear and joy sit side by side.
You’re not chasing adrenaline, you’re learning presence.
Learning to stay calm when things don’t go your way.
For anyone who doesn’t fly, this isn’t about being fearless.
It’s about showing up when life feels unstable and still choosing to trust yourself.
Some days you soar.
Some days you just stay steady.
Both are growth 🤍
