MoM - WHSA meeting with MSEDCL EE Mulshi Shri Baikar & AE Sai Satyam Section Shri Shinde dated 29 Nov 2025. Thankyou Shri Baikar ji & Shri Shinde ji for listening to our concerns and explaining present position on Rs.170Cr 132KVA project, and on your proposal to upgrade 03 sections to Urban from Rural. We will work together on communication - for this as discussed 04 Section-wise WhatsApp grp with description of area will help, we will ensure 2 representation from each Hsg Soc. We have also shared interim data on cost on Diesel Generators being incurred by Hsg Soc due to unplanned outages for EE Mulshi Shri Baiker ji's perusal & consideration. Thankyou & Regds. Team WHSA

नमस्कार Devendra Fadnavis ji

निम्नलिखित विषयास अनुसरून आपल्या हस्तक्षेपाची अपेक्षा करीत आहोत कारण स्थानिक लोक प्रतिनिधी यासाठी कुचकामी ठरत आहेत.

विषय : वाघोलीतील सोसायट्या MSEDCL पुणे अर्बन/सिटी / नगर रोड सर्कलमध्ये समाविष्ट करण्याबाबत विनंती

पूर्वी MSEDCL वाघोली विभागात १ सहाय्यक अभियंता संपूर्ण तांत्रिक कामकाज व व्हॉट्सअॅप ग्रुपवरील संवाद पाहत होते.
आता ४ नवीन सहाय्यक अभियंते व अतिरिक्त कर्मचारी नियुक्त झाले असून, अनेक लाईनमनची बदली झाली आहे व आता व्हॉट्सअॅप ग्रुपवर पूर्वीसारखी माहिती – बिघाडाचे खरे कारण, सुधारणा करण्याचा अंदाजित वेळ इ. दिला जात नाही.

PMC हद्दीतील वाघोली रहिवाशांना नियमितपणे फीडर ट्रिप, इलेक्ट्रिक केबल जळणे, केबल खराब होणे, फीडर ओव्हरलोड अशा समस्या भेडसावत आहेत. यामुळे ग्रामीण पद्धतीने सेवा मिळत असल्याचा अनुभव येतो.

खालील समस्या नागरिकांच्या चर्चेनुसार मांडत आहोत :
1. लोणीकंद फीडर ओव्हरलोड आहे व दररोज ३० हजार लोक वर्क फ्रॉम होम करत असलेल्या सोसायट्यांना पुरेशा क्षमतेने वीज पुरवठा करू शकत नाही.
2. सौर रूफटॉप योजना वाघोलीत निष्फळ ठरत आहे कारण रोज ४ तास वीज नसल्यामुळे त्याचा फायदा मिळत नाही.
3. गेल्या आठवड्यात केसनंद रस्ता परिसरात बॅकफीड पुरवठा उपलब्ध नव्हता. वाघेश्वरकडून किंवा इतर फीडरकडून पर्यायी वीजपुरवठा असणे आवश्यक आहे.
4. गर्भवती महिला, शाळकरी मुले ९ मजले पायऱ्यांनी चढून जावे लागते. वर्क फ्रॉम होममध्ये ३ तास वीज नसल्याने लॅपटॉप बॅटरी संपते.
5. वॉटर टँक रिकामा होतो कारण पंप चालण्यासाठी वीज आवश्यक आहे.
6. रहिवाशांची अपेक्षा आहे की पूर्वीसारखे व्हॉट्सअॅप ग्रुपवर ETA आणि Root Cause दिले जावेत, परंतु अलीकडे हे बंद झाले आहे.
7. ३० हजार वर्क फ्रॉम होम करणाऱ्या नागरिकांच्या मागण्या सध्याचे अधिकारी हाताळू शकत नाहीत.
8. केसणंद रोडवरील २० हजार कुटुंबांना पाच तास वीज नव्हती, परंतु लोणिकंद येथील क्रशर्सना मात्र अखंड वीज पुरवठा होता.
9. गेल्या ३ वर्षांप्रमाणे आता रहिवाशांना वीज खंडित माहिती दिली जात नाही.

वाघोली PMC हद्दीतील भाग पुणे ग्रामीण पोलिसांमधून पुणे शहर पोलिसांत समाविष्ट झाल्यानंतर पोलिस सेवेत झालेली लक्षणीय सुधारणा सर्वांनी अनुभवली आहे. चांगले कर्मचारी मिळाले तर सेवा सुधारतात हेच यातून स्पष्ट होते.

त्यामुळे PMC हद्दीतील वाघोली परिसराला MSEDCL पुणे ग्रामीण सर्कलमधून वगळून MSEDCL नगर रोड विभागात समाविष्ट करावे, ही नम्र विनंती.

Team WHSA met with PMRDA Metropolitan Commissioner and CEO Dr. Yogesh Mhase ji at PMRDA head office in Aundh, Pune on 13th Nov 2025 to discuss various issues related to PMRDA scope, projects and concerns requiring PMRDA intervention.

**Purpose**
The purpose of collecting this information is to:

- Document the impact of power outages on housing societies
- Calculate the total diesel expenses incurred
- File a grievance with MSEB and other relevant authorities

A public meeting was called on today by Shirur-Haveli MLA Shri Mauli Aba Katke ji in presence of CP Pune City Shri Amitesh Kumar ji (IPS) related to Wagholi traffic issues and to address traffic congestion with focus on immediate actions to improve ground situation by 10th Feb 2025.

CP Sir was accompanied by Shri Manoj Patil ji (Addl. CP, Pune East), DCP Traffic Shri Amol Zende ji, DCP Zone-4 Shri Himmat Jadhav ji, Wagholi Police Station Sr. PI Shri Pandit Rejitwad ji, Wagholi Traffic API Shri Gajanan Jadhav ji and other police dignitaries.

The meeting was also extended to the Govt. Authorities from various departments such as PMC, PMRDA, MSEDCL, PMPML, RTO, and attended by a large number of Wagholikars and leaders.

Along with CP Sir, MLA Sir, local leaders, and residents - all went on a pedestrian inspection at various spots on the main stretch on Nagar Road; and on the instructions of CP Shri Amitesh Kumar ji, many important actions were directed to staff members of respective departments related to traffic improvement.

During the meeting held at Seasons-24 (Wagholi), many Wagholikars and leaders came forward and shared their views and suggestions to improve traffic and requested immediate action from various authorities.

Team WHSA would like to sincerely thank MLA ji and his team for organizing such an important meeting and involving an active participation from all parties to make Wagholi a better place to live.

Special thanks to CP Sir, Police dignitaries and all officers and staff of Pune City Police, Pune City Traffic Police, Lonikand PS and Wagholi PS who attended this cause.

We hope all recorded actions will be implemented positively and traffic improvement can be seen by the said date.

Dear Wagholikars,

Team WHSA earlier today met with Additional Municipal Commissioner PMC, Shri Prithviraj B.P ji at Pune Municipal Corporation head office, Shivajinagar, Pune.

In the absence of CEO Shri Rajendra Bhosale ji who was away due to important engagements, our team was instructed to meet Addl. Commissioner and had a fruitful discussion related to critical civic issues plaguing Wagholikars for many months and years...

We hope this will result in some urgent actions taken on the ground by PMC staff and improvements can be seen across.

Team WHSA will continue to follow up on these items and will continue to raise anything new with the PMC CEO's office.
