Comment “Checklist” and we’ll send you the secrets!

How do you know a piece of furniture is ready to go home with you? At Maanavi Homes, it goes through quality checks at every stage of its making.

We inspect the wood and the carpentry, check the structure and fabrication, test the foam for comfort, and look closely at the upholstery, stitching and finish. And quality checks don’t stop at how a piece looks. We check how it feels, how it holds up, and how it looks from every angle.

Each stage has its own checklist, with checks continuing through installation. Because a piece is only ready to leave our hands when we’d be happy to have it in our own homes.

A wall is never just a wall when the right pieces are in front of it⭐️

A deep bottle green leather panel, a gold accented mirror and a rounded ottoman. But getting these three pieces to site and installing them seamlessly is as much a part of our process as making them. That is what custom furniture actually is.

Would you do something like this in your home? 👇

A wardrobe that actually listens to you. 🖤

Whether your hands are full, you’re across the room or you just want your mornings to feel a little less like effort, this voice-operated wardrobe is designed to make everyday living that much easier.

And the best part? It doesn’t have to look exactly like this. We can customise the functionality, finish and storage to work around your home and how you actually use it.

For anyone who finds physical movement a challenge, it goes from being a convenient feature to something genuinely meaningful.

A little glimpse into where home design is heading. And we’re here for it. 👀

We did not always hire the person who knew the most. 🖤

Some of the best people on this team walked in with more willingness than experience and that turned out to be exactly what we needed. We watched them learn, make mistakes and get better and somewhere along the way they stopped being people we were teaching and became people we were learning from too.

That is the kind of team worth building. 🤍

And just like that, we’re at the second-last episode. Stay tuned! for the final one. 👀

The right seat changes everything about a room.

It sets the tone before anything else does and somehow it is also the piece people take the longest to decide on. These six are the ones we keep coming back to and honestly it is not hard to see why.

Which one is your favourite? 👇

Your entrance foyer is doing a lot less than it could. 🖤

Most of the time, you just walk through it and move on. Here, we made the leather panel, mirror and long ottoman for the foyer, so it could be used for a little more than just getting you from the front door to the rest of the house.

It’s a small change, but it makes the space feel a lot more useful.

And how we even got that panel through the door is a whole other story. 👀

Here are 5 things we do to achieve the best furniture quality

1.Wood is seasoned on our open terrace for almost nine months through every season so it comes out properly settled before we cut into it. Our clients can also walk into the factory at any point to see exactly where their piece stands.

2.Quality checks happen at multiple points during the build and not just at the end so anything off gets caught early before the piece is fully made.

3.All painting happens in an air controlled environment with separate wet and dry booths designed so that not even the most minute dust particle gets the chance to settle on the
surface while it is being painted.

4.Every piece is fully assembled at the factory first and then put through weight testing, mechanism checks and stress testing where we load storage units and have people stand in them before it is taken apart and installed on site.

5. We have spent a lot of time perfecting our multilayer packaging so every piece arrives clean, protected and ready to install. The packaging is also reusable which means less waste and a cleaner process overall.
