This year the unique and historical event that takes place every five years and is known as World Expo, is held in Milano, the “business capital” of Italy. The main theme on which the Expo 2015 is going to be focused is “food“: feeding the planet, with energy for life. This will be one of the topics of this page, and how could it be any different in Italy, the country with the widest and deepest “
food culture” in the world; at the same time in this page we’ll write about Milano (our city) and about the Expo 2015 itself. Right now, and up until the end of september 2015, in the streets of Milano the word Expo will be the key buzzword, and it will be used a lot together with “food“. We must admit Milano doesn’t have the strongest food tradition in Italy, but if you want to find any Italian regional restaurant in the same city, then Milano is your choice, you just have to name it and you’ll find it. Thus we have Expo, Food and Milano; but Milano and the small territory north of the city (the world famous Brianza) are the interior design capital of the world. The most reknown, appreciated and successful brands that manufacture the most refined, bespoke and copied furniture of the world, all come from this little land called Brianza (just 20 minutes north of Milano).
