Spread across four levels, this house interprets the theme of contemporary living through a balance of functionality, elegance, and comfort.

The living area unfolds as a large, open and bright space designed for conviviality. The double open kitchen is separated by a refined Rimadesio structure with glass doors that defines the spaces without interrupting the visual continuity.

Ampio e completamente privo di strutture rigide. Le sagome modellate manualmente in una miscela esclusiva di Gellyfoam® e altre schiume offrono un’accoglienza straordinaria. Quattro sedute autonome di forme geometriche diverse, tre poligoni e un quadrilatero che si possono accostare liberamente. Due schienali flessibili, posizionabili a piacere, amplificano la gamma delle configurazioni possibili.

On the Rocks di Francesco Binfaré per Edra è il primo divano che separa lo schienale dalla seduta e che utilizza il brevetto del Gellyfoam®.

Presentato in occasione della Milano Design Week 2026, Ogiva di Francesca Lanzavecchia nasce da una riflessione sul rapporto tra trasparenza, struttura e percezione materica.
Il progetto interpreta il vetro come una superficie capace di filtrare e modulare la luce attraverso la lavorazione in vetrofusione, restituendo profondità e variazioni percettive che cambiano in relazione al punto di osservazione.
Il dialogo tra il piano in vetro e i basamenti metallici definisce un equilibrio tra leggerezza visiva e presenza scultorea, trasformando il tavolo in un elemento architettonico capace di ridefinire lo spazio.
Ispirato alla forma dell’arco ogivale, il tavolo traduce un principio strutturale in una collezione contemporanea in cui materia, luce e geometria convivono in costante tensione.

Villa Metropolitana is the embodiment of a contemporary lifestyle, designed for a dynamic, cosmopolitan couple accustomed to experiencing their home as a place for gatherings as well as intimacy.
The spaces were designed to accommodate moments of conviviality and connection, emphasizing the fluidity of the spaces, the generosity of the common areas, and a constant connection between interior and exterior.
On the upper floor, an elegant gallery overlooking the living room creates a continuous visual connection between the two levels.
Here, a dramatic five-meter-long glass wardrobe complements the master suite and emphasizes its architectural dimension.

Light is the starting point of the entire project.
Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the spaces with natural light and allow the interiors to express a strong chromatic identity.
The design palette revolves around petrol green, gray, and white: sophisticated hues that interact with each other with balance and depth.
Petrol green, used as a dominant accent in the furnishings and finishes, lends character to the spaces without ever being invasive, thanks to the constant presence of natural light that enhances their nuances and lightens the perception of the elements.
Villa Metropolitana embodies a vision of living where luxury is expressed through the quality of space, the power of light, and a refined chromatic palette.
A project by Marta Elli that interprets contemporary elegance with ease, balance, and personality.
A home that is unafraid of color, that celebrates light, and that finds its most authentic expression in the relationship between architecture, design, and lifestyle.
