In the heart of Milan, close to the iconic Torre Velasca, a new destination for contemporary living has recently opened.
The new Bonaldo Flagship Store at Via Larga 16 presents a spatial narrative designed by Massimo Castagna: through a composition of volumes and light, the space expresses Bonaldo’s vision of the home as a connected environment in which design, function, and everyday well-being shape a specific idea of interior design philosophy.
A central staircase projects its silhouette as a sculptural point of connection between the stages.
Across the day and night areas, tables, chairs, sofas, and beds showcase a design language molded by years of established activity and by internationally renowned designers.
The Milanese Bonaldo Flagship Store is powered by Mo.1950, supporting the management and customer experience of this new destination dedicated to Italian design excellence.

Some of the project’s defining features include the Scotch-Brite stainless steel shell and the doors’ 45-degree beveled profile. This precise gesture enhances the kitchen’s rigorous yet reflective appearance.
The stainless steel extends in continuity around the volume, reinforcing a sense of solidity and coherence that resonates with the brutalist language developed by STUDIOBOOM for the gallery. The kitchen becomes an architectural element fully integrated into a broader context, made of concrete vaults, structural columns, and surfaces that preserve traces of the building’s previous life.
The renovation from STUDIOBOOM embraces these imperfections and layers of history, allowing the gallery’s new identity to emerge through a dialogue between memory, materiality, and contemporary design.

Custom made for the new gallery space of in Milan, this Scotch-Brite stainless steel kitchen becomes part of a broader architectural narrative defined by a brutalist approach to materiality, exposed structures, and spatial continuity.
Designed as a versatile module suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, the kitchen combines durability with a refined material presence. The stainless steel interacts with the changing light and the raw concrete architecture, creating a dialogue between reflection, texture, and space.

Every project begins with a subtle dialogue between material, colour, and light. Light shapes materials.
The CMF work behind our design process starts here: observing how surfaces respond to light, how reflections move through patterned glass, how coloured cement shifts in depth and presence throughout the day.
It is within this interplay of textures, transparencies, and tones that the qualities we want our interiors to express begin to emerge: personality, atmosphere, and wellbeing.
Because a space is not only something to be seen, but something to be felt.

Last night exceeded every expectation.
An incredibly vibrant crowd—far beyond what we imagined—filled the space with an international design community that felt genuinely connected. A shared energy, a shared language: proof of the affinity and trust surrounding the brands that shape Mo.1950 at Molino delle Armi 14.
The Instant of Change – Fragmenta (+) And Now, Design Across Spaces came together as a natural convergence of visions. Fragmenta is powered by , and , while And Now, Design Across Spaces is a project by
The dialogue between these identities—aligned in values and sensibility—brought together a room full of inspiring, thoughtful, and refreshingly curious people.
An evening of conversations, exchanges, and creative resonance we won’t forget.

A renewed spatial narrative takes shape for Milano Design Week.
At Via Molino delle Armi different projects coexist and engage in dialogue.
The Instant of Change – Fragmenta continues its research into transformation as a process, shifting the focus towards what remains: traces, materials, and residual matter as generators of new meaning. Within this framework, , , and also fully renew their installations, presenting new finishes, products, and systems. From surfaces and ceramic coverings to bathroom environments and tapware, their contributions redefine the space through updated materials and technical vocabulary.
In parallel, And Now, Design Across Spaces by introduces a complementary dimension. A vibrant installation where a selection of the brand’s most iconic furnishings meets bold colors and pieces developed in collaboration with leading figures of Italian and international design.

Fragmenta, The Instant of Change 06, is a study of transformation where matter, process, and image converge into a single, suspended moment.
Developed by and .eu , the printed project unfolds through a series of collective interventions: fragments and residues from the production processes of , , and are carefully composed directly onto photosensitive paper in the darkroom. Through a precise and highly technical method, these materials imprint themselves as traces of both origin and evolution.
Each image emerges, shaped by light, time, and gesture—revealing a raw, physical dialogue between industrial remains and visual language.
A choral construction where authorship dissolves into process.
