Fissi is an artist run hardware design studio and foundry. They merge sculptural sensibility with a deep knowledge of traditional bronze casting and precision machining to create hardware that transcends function.

Approaching manufacturing through the eyes of sculptors, they re-imagine the everyday tactile elements of architecture as standout encounters.

Asad Syrkett, Head of Editorial Content of AD Italia since october 2025, is the first member of our 2026 jury.

An American editor and writer with 15 years of experience across print and digital media, Asadhas collaborated with some of the industry’s most prestigious publications. In January 2025, he joined AD’s global team as Guest Editor of AD Italia, marking a new editorial chapter beginning with the April 2025 issue.
Alongside his editorial work, he has lectured at leading academic institutions and contributed to numerous publications dedicated to interior and design culture.
