Traditionally associated with bridges and Victorian-era outdoor furniture, cast iron was not commonly used to make indoor furniture… until we made the Brut collection.

Launched in 2015 and designed by Konstantin Grcic, Brut features tables, benches, and lounge furniture with rigorous geometric frames and an industrial charm.

Armchairs, sofas and a trestle table from the Brut collection welcome guests in the the lobby of Microsoft’s Prague offices.

Classic aesthetics, vibrant colours and an elegant sense of lightness: the Motta collection perfectly embodies the Super Normal approach to design of Jasper Morrison.

Spanning from chairs to stools and low tables, Motta creates a coherent dialogue across areas with different functions.

The slim yet resistant frames in steel tube can be combined with seat and backrest in recycled polypropylene, oak plywood or upholstered.

You will never have to buy a new sofa if you get this one.

Costume Lounge is a modular sofa system designed to adapt to different types of homes and to survive all your relocations.

Brought to you by Magis and Stefan Diez, this sofa is based on a handful of elements that can be assembled and rearranged in many ways to fit in every space.

Easily repairable due to its glue-free construction, Costume Lounge is designed to last so long that you will never have to buy a new sofa again.

You don’t need much to create a cosy atmosphere.

A soft carpet, a quirky object next to the sofa, a warm-light lamp, art prints on the wall.

A deep blue Costume Lounge modular sofa (design Stefan Diez) takes centre stage in this cosy living room warmed up by the soft Volentieri carpet (design Inga Sempé).

The enveloping Sam Son low chair (design Konstantin Grcic) in the colour curry adds an unexpected playful accent to the room, echoed by the Archeo low table (design Jaime Hayon)

The Lost lamp by BrogliatoTraverso and the Leaves serigraphies by Blaise Drummond complete the space adding light and colour.

With only a few elements we have created a cosy living space perfect for a compact apartment.

ABITO is an international travelling exhibition conceived by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and curated by Palomba Serafini Associati. It explores Italian culture through the dialogue between fashion and design, two disciplines that interpret—and often anticipate—social change.

Following a chronological journey, the exhibition brings historical garments into dialogue with icons of Italian design, tracing more than a century of social and cultural change. It pays particular attention to the evolving role of women, interpreting it as both a metaphor for and a reflection of society's evolution.

As part of this dialogue, Magis contributes to the exhibition with two pieces from its collection: Spun by Thomas Heatherwick and Chair_One by Konstantin Grcic. Distinctive in their approach to design, both demonstrate a willingness to experiment with new forms, materials and ways of use, challenging conventional ideas.

A contemporary reinterpretation of Venetian mirrors, the Vitrail collection was developed by Inga Sempé in 2018.

The clear mirror at the centre is enhanced by colourful stripes at the sides, held together by an injection-moulded rubber frame.

The Vitrail mirrors come in four shapes: round, oval, square and rectangular, each available in two colour combinations.

Functional home accessories that also add a colourful touch to the room.
